Router arrived.. a question..

Hi, Sky off to a good start, router took 5 days to come..migrated and handed them MAC online 21st march..

Now just awaiting activation now.. how do sky let you know your activation date, is it usually by letter or email...?

Also they may send a text to a landline number (spoken via robot !!!!).

Sorry nidave... I am sure some more techy guy could explain what that means, from where I am standing it looks lie you will be activated 29th March, but then don't quote me that ok? ;0)

Just an update on my original post.. my activation is due 30th March, nice one.. if Sky deliver the goods as stated in the letter, I'll be a happy bunny!

I hope its what I think it is
I have to say so far have been impressed with how its gone - alot better than my signup with be.

The router has arrived

I've got caller display (actually, it's a SMS compatible handset) and the message came up on the display!
