using BT home hub.

Hi Guys

just got sky router today extracted password/user name ok.

was kicking 2.5-3mb with bt now getting 1.5mb with sky.

when i enter user/password details in homehub get the
following error

"Authentication failed"

anyone any ideas?

very strange, printed off details and copied to the letter, upper/lower case etc

dont need to enter " pppoa_username=************** "
should only enter actual user name right?

is there anything else in homehub i need to change?

HomeHub in theory is locked to BT Retail connections normally - so unless you've found a special unlock code you wont get it to work
