Using Outlook with Sky email account

Can anyone tell me whether this is possible and, if it is, how do I go about it?

Hi Lucas..

You'll find an easy walk through here:

If the [email protected] in your outgoing server doesn't work, use mail.sky.com (it works fine for me using Outlook!)

Did u get the sky disc with your router ?? if so it explains it in there.
