well guys, will wait a few more days for speed issues to resolve, then request mac code,
Think will go back to BT, which was 110% stable with no flucuation at all in speed,
and performance,
How many times did i need to call BT CS,? NONE.
How many times to sky CS, ? loads

Just out of interest G, what approach are you going to take with the 12-month contract issue with Sky!

If they cant provide the sevice, then I wont pay, and the can take me to court for the subs..

called support today
tier 2:
Reported back saying BT said there is no fault,
also maybe they are sending to much speed to
my router
Thus causing my speed to slow down,
If only the speed would pick up..
