migrating to sky questions

1 - whats the upload speed on the top package, for adsl1 and adsl2+ respectively.
2 - how much downtime is typical for a migration from an ipstream isp.
3 - how easy is it to change to own router as I understand need to fine user/password for the adsl login.
4 - is it interleaving only or can fast mode be used.
5 - does snr tweaking work with the speedtouches on this service.
6 - have sky ever allowed people with high attenuation onto adsl2+ mine is 49db.

Question 5 - YES. My Speedtouch 546 is tweaked with MTU and happily working on Sky Max.
