Just activated on Sky Max - Sync / Speed question

Hi, I have just got activated on sky max product, early speed tests show 10meg speeds, although the router is syncing at 16? how can i up my speed? is this an mtu setting??

Have just done the kitz setting for 16meg on dr tcp.exe and got the following
