Sky Connection

Hi, I am on Sky BB and have been monitoring my speed over the last week and it averages out at 0.12Kbps when I signed up for up to 8Mb! Does anyone have any suggestions as to why it would be so slow, would it be the line, the router, my laptop or what, any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Some diagnostic info (line connection speed etc) from your hardware would be a good starting point. Additionally tweaking the pc can help
