Sky password

Do Sky provide a password for your email, My tools, etc. Or, do you have to create your own?

The reason I ask is my friends dad has recently signed up with Sky broadband, he can access the internet without any problems. But he gets "logon details are inncorrect" messages when he uses his email or when he tries to logon to my tools.

I had the same problem a few months back and it took a month to get an answer from sky.

Go to the login page and select 'forgot password', you will be asked to enter the last 6 (I think) numbers on the card you used to book the product. Something like that anyway.
