After numerous attempts at getting some help from my ISP, SKY, I really need some input from you guys. My wireless router has been sync-ed at 15323kbps for over a month since we had our connection installed however after doing load and loads of speed tests the fastest speed I can ever get is 2.9Mbps over the month.
I'm connected to the router via a brand new ethernet cable. The connection has been steady and has always been sync-ed at 15323kbps. Can anyone help here - Sky are insisting they havent placed a cap on my connection and it should be running at full speed!

Any help is greatly appreciated. This is extremely frustrating and I'm getting no help from Sky.
