I requested my MAC from Sky last week (Friday) after being connected to their Max package for less than 2 hours. I didn't get connected again until yesterday morning after 4 days of frustrating phone calls with nobody in support telling me anything. I found out it was a faulty card in the exchange but 4 days to fix, come on. Anyway I was told my MAC would arrive via the post after 5 days and that a text would be sent after 3 days, is this correct? No text yet and the 5 days is up today. Also most ISP's send your MAC within 48 hours, usually via email, why do Sky feel the need to use snail mail and text messages?
