Thinking of coming over-few questions first

[link to this post]

Hi all,
Currently I'm with adsl24 as my isp. Having realised I can get sky bb cheaper as I'm a sky tv customer, I'm thinking of making the leap over. Before I do I have a few questions:
1.From a little research I've done I understand that sky do not block any ports of p2p traffic, correct?
2. I understand they do not traffic shape or manage either?
3. Last quesiton, a while back I read that sky were one of the big 6 who'd signed up to this anti piracy deal. How's that going, anyone been banned or had warning letters for torrent downloads?
TIA.
Pete

1. Correct
2. Correct - but Sky have used DLM (dynamic line management) to improve stability on poor lines. It isn't traffic shaping or throttling though.
3. Not aware of any instances of Sky waving big sticks on torrent downloads. However you need to be aware that all ISPs are legally bound to action any court requested information on any given IP adde at any time.
