My aim is to eventually (live in the Scottish sticks!) to upgrade to Sky Max package at a great monthly charge but that seems a long way off. Have obtained my MAC from NewNet who are absolutely superb, they provided my MAC within 30minutes of requesting.
Have to say, the Sky migratory 'system' has been seamless. so far! Hopefully things will continue in that vein!
NewNet are a fantastic ISP and I am more than sorry to leave, but needs must.
Will keep you updated with events as they unfold.
