Sky lead-times

Hi all,

Signed up to Sky Connect today, but they couldn't tell me (or even give a rough idea) of when the router will arrive. What sort of time-frames have been been waiting after ordering?

My router came after 5 days and went live on the ninth day just as they said.

I am more than happy with Connect, so far. Getting over 6.7mb virtually all day long (can't speak for the evenings, never go on line after about 7pm) Time will tell.

By the way, log into 'My Sky' and all your information re connection etc can be found there, found it very useful during migration.

Don't have a login yet, as I haven't got my viewing card (am a new Sky person). But thanks ... will keep it in mind.
