My Sky connection drops off in the afternoons for a good 1 - 2 hours. Phone services work. The connection then comes on automatically after 18:00. I've tried to research the problem but to no avail.
Connecting the Sky router to the test socket of the BT NTE5 faceplate also didn't help. Sky tech support says it's a problem with the BT line. BT tech support ran a test and said the line is okay. I've changed the location of the router to other parts to avoid any REIN problems, all to no avail.
Is there anything else to look into ? Any ideas ?
