Problem with to www.firstdirect.com

Hi,
Have an old Easynet provided line and I can't seem to get to www.firstdirect.co.uk anymore.
Other sites are working fine and my pals on other lines can get to the site OK.
odd one.!
Any help appreciated.

No probs here i'm with Ukonline on Easynet LLU are you on LLU or ipstream?

Have to tried a tracert ? see where it is stopping

In the windows command prompt just type tracert firstdirect.com
to get to the command prompt in xp you go to start select run type in cmd select ok and a black dos type screen will open , type the above command
