How long does DLM take?

Just switched over to Sky earlier on today. Does anyone know what kind of time DLM takes to lift? I would have assumed that it lifts reasonably quickly and then drops slightly once it finds errors?

My stats:
Upstream 605
Downstream 4095
SNR Margin(Upstream) 20.6
SNR Margin(Downstream) 14.6
Line Attenuation(Upstream) 3.7
Line Attenuation(Downstream) 2.5

Around 1 - 3 am usually. It only lifts after around 2 / 3 days of complete stability

It generally works on the basis of you must earn extra speed. So it will usually increase in small increments.

If anyone is interested, after a week I'm at:

Upstream 1150
Downstream 19998
SNR Margin(Upstream) 8.7
SNR Margin(Downstream) 6.8
Line Attenuation(Upstream) 3.7
Line Attenuation(Downstream) 3.0

Few more days and I should be at 24Mb laugh
