Just set up sky broadband for a friend, ouch!

Info: Filter plugged directly into BT Openreach main faceplate.
Nothing else plugged in except Sky+ HD box (into the same filter)

Contact Sky and get a BT guy out to the flat?

Has the line had functioning adsl of any sort before?

The speeds are what you would expect for the indicated line length

Made a school boy error when setting it up..serves me right for not pulling the tv out and looking closer, but the bt socket is already filtered with a modem socket and phone socket on it..Looks better now..

Looks much better. Sky limit the downstream and gradually increase it over the 1st week or 2, so should see a healthy increase over time.
