Sky broadband non-llu

I know everyone says that Sky's off net (non-LLU) broadband is poor, but I hadn't realised just how poor until I was at my brothers.

He says it's normal not to be able to stream anything and this was definitely the case during peak times the speed is sub-300kbps Off-peak it is ~7Mbps (ADSL connected at 8128/448 kbps).

So I set up a BQM which clearly shows the congested times:-
