Was on O2, had the TG585 v7 box. Sky moved me onto the new network, and at the exact same time this fairly reliable box died, so I'm on the new network but with no connection.
I have my old working ST780wl router, but sky refuse to tell me how to set it up, or give me the settings. They only support their router. A new router has been ordered. They will credit the no internet access days.
However with the correct firmware and settings I should be able to get the old router working within a few hours rather than days, so....:
1) Is there a firmware change and from where can I get the new firmware?
2) What are the secret new settings?
3) Am i missing anything?
