I am aware of my contractual obligations and have read the helpful information available at -http://help.sky.com/my-account/billing-and-subscription/charges-for-ending-your-sky-contract-early - so I am more than happy to pay the charges until the end of my contractual period.
What I do want to know, however, is what is the best way to make this happen when orders are open on my new FTTC cabinet. Should I simply ring Sky, tell them I want to leave and pay the outstanding amount for the period until the end of my contract over the phone? or is there an easier way of doing this?
Just to be 100% clear, I am not trying to avoid my contractual obligations and I am more than happy to pay what is owed under the contract, but I am asking for advice as to the best way to make this happen and to pay the money and to transfer to a new ISP as painlessly as possible..
Many thanks for any advice.
