Hi Folks
I have just updated from sky basic broadband to Superfast.
A new 4xPort hub came and I just plugged unplugged grey xdsl cable from current sky box (all working) into new box.
Internet links does not come up. I checked error logs and I see below
Now I called sky and explained there is something not right in the backend systems; even offered to share the logs below; but he does not take inbound email.
He talked about sending and engineer and I said im 9.99% convinced that�s a waste of time as there is nothing wrong with the box or line.
He really could not help� I was astonished. Does anyone what the error below could be
