Free McAfee Security

Hi,
I recently moved to Sky and was offered 12 months free McAfee. However whenever I click the submit button it comes back with 'Sorry, this system is not available, try again later.'

I contacted Sky and they say it's known issue with some customers. I wondered if anyone else has this problem.

I have another McAfee trial that I can load for a while. But want the free Sky one.

Anyone with any knowledge of this please.
