Hi all,
My current 18-month contract minimum term on 40/10 Sky FTTC is up on October 2nd and I want to migrate away to Zen as soon as I can.
Sky's T&Cs indicate that 10 working days' notice is required for a migration to a new provider. Does this mean that I can sign up with Zen and initiate the migration 10 working days before the 2nd so that the migration occurs right on the day that my term is up, or will I have to wait and start the process ON the 2nd?
Apologies for what might be a daft question but the wording of the T&Cs isn't exactly overly clear on the matter, I've tried contacting Sky about this but as you might expect they're rather difficult to get hold of at the moment.
