Sky UltraFast+...Should Sky send me a new router?

Hi,

I recently upgraded my Sky Superfast broadband (FTTC) to their new UltraFast+ (500Mb) Full Fibre service (FTTP)...

It is due to be installed in about a week, but I wondered if Sky should send me any new equipment (router, etc) to use, or does my current Superfast router do the job...it is the SR203 Sky Q Hub/Router

It's just that I haven't had anything from Sky yet, but maybe that's because what I currently have is all that I need?

Sky provide the SR203 to all new customers who take their Ultrafast FTTP packages.
It appears to be Sky's newest/fastest Hub.
I also think it's the only Hub they have that supports their VOIP calling.

Ah, thanks...that explains it.

It's just that when I ordered my FTTP Sky told me that they would send the router out to me in the post, but nothing has arrived.

I am guessing that because I already have a SR203, they realised that I didn't need one, and didn't send it...

That's fine. I just wanted to make sure I wouldn't get any hiccups on the day...but all looks good!
