Evening snail-pace

I thought TT was doing much better in the evening speed stakes, getting speed test results at 6.2 mbs during the evenings, last real slow down was 17th March.
Until tonight - now down to 0.6mbs downstream......................
Please don't say we are in for another month of this!!!!!
What is the cause? Can't be congestion if the last 4 weeks have been able to support the higher downstream speeds......................

Quite frankly, may I ask what you expected from a so called "Free", but not free service from a mobile phone reseller. As the old saying goes, "There is no such thing as a free lunch".
