How to get an Exorcism ?

11 days on from the last "go live" date there is still no movement on the order due to complete last October but as yet unfulfilled. How does an end user get T-T to take a non-service off the line ? No MAC as no service.

Maybe she should change the line rental back to BT then? She can still keep TT on CPS and try somewhere else for BB?

No break charges for a non existent service!
