A colleagues migration to TT from Homecall completed at the start of last week. He contracted to and is paying for an 8M connection. As the exchange has TT LLU provision, he assumed that he would receive an up tp 8M connection over LLU.
However, tests prove that he is in fact receiving a fixed 2M service over IPStream.
Line stats suggest a true connection of around 4.5M - 5M.
Ideas for a swift resolution anyone?
