More TT speed

[link to this post]

I've been reading a few posts on here and I was just wondering if anyone could tell me if theres anything I could do to improve my speed. I just moved to LLU a few weeks ago which put me up to what I am now from 512k. I've posted my stats below and if someone who knows could tell me if theres any point in contacting TT it would be greatly appreciated. The stats stay the same if I use the master socket.

Many thanks

ADSL Link Downstream Upstream
Connection Speed 975 kbps 201 kbps
Line Attenuation 63 db 20 db
Noise Margin 14 db 15 db

You have a long line so there's not much scope for improvement. But give TT 2nd line a call and ask them to reduce the downstream target noise margin to 6dB. If that is unstable (lots of disconnections), go up to 9dB then 12dB. Your sync speed should increase.

Just thought I would add a wee update to say it's been 4 days and my connection has remained solid and my speed a constant 2.1 - 2.2. Well worth the effort.

Thanks again
