questions about talktalk?

i hope someone can tell me the answers to a couple of questions about talktalk whcih are below?

1 are there technical support and customer service uk based?

2 what make and model is the free wired router you get for free?

3 what make and model is the wireless router for

1. Yes and No

2. Huawei MT882 ADSL2+ with one ethernet port and one USB port.

3) The 20quid router I just received was a Huawei EchoLife HG520s. Actually much better than my old Dlink DSL-G624T - doesn't lose DNS, better wireless performance, newer security stuff.
