Have TalkTalk removed most of the issues?

Hi,

I was just wondering if the issues that users were having with TalkTalk disappeared or all but gone? I quite like the look of this:

The issues arent as bad as they used to be back in the days when talktalk first launched. There will be some exciting offers for both LLU and non LLU customers in the next few months when the free broadband reaches its 18 month point.

Customer services have improved and there have been a few recent news items about this if you search on google.

Hi - I've had an almost faultless service from TT - the only issues being with my router ( I think ! ) and this was all since my exchange was unbundled in March (teething problems ?). Oh yes - if you intend moving house then wait because they are not very good at that from my fathers experience - Other than that the only problem is you can't tell what their customer service operators are saying !! Good luck and enjoy - remember its free !

agreed, and this becomes a critical issue when you have a line that doesn't work and they won't send a BT engineer out to fix it.

The first line ahgents overseas do not have the ability to send an engineer. Only 2nd line agents are capable of doing this.

Bit late now: have a look at talktalkhell before making your mind up. Wish I had before I took their trial.

What do you mean "when the free broadband reaches its 18 month point"? My 18 months ends in November this year, are you suggesting that it will then no longer be free?

Thanks

not at all, im saying that if i was i was involved in the bigger decisions within talktalk (which im not) i would be looking at introducing offers to retain customers who are nearing the end of there 18 month contract.
