How long to be connected

I have been waiting since August to be connected to TalkTalk 's International 3 package - can anyone beat this!

Think I can beat you. I signed up in April 2006 and finally started getiing connected January this year. I say finally because I lost all my connection in October 2006 and was told to go Dial-up as my voice line had been switched and TT would reimburse the call charge as they could tell what my dial charges would be. Did I get re-funded? Guess. Anyway when connected I'm getting what I'm now paying for. I.e. getting patches of frequent dropouts and erratic speeds when connected. I now have level 2/enginering on the case and have been getting help from this Forum.
