why am I on "I" when TT dosnt know why

I am thinking that TT is going to be a lot of trouble . My first order was not completed so had to start again was told I should be on Voice by 28th and Broaband shortly after. Nothing happened by 28th so rang TT and was told that I was on "I" so nothing would happen unless I gave them the go ahead to come off "I". I asked why but was told one knows. wrote email to see if I could get an answer. Tried the tracking on their web page several times over the next few days but that did not work until today for the first time. I am now told 2 feb for Voice and 22 march for Broadband. That is two months longer than I was originally told it would take.I have sent several Emails but not had one reply. I personally think that is rather bad manners on TT's part. Any comments? Should I change my mind and go elswhere? Can the TALK TALK GUY supply me with any answers??

I didn,t know that.

I Got some answers today .They do not know why.The broadband will start sometime later this month but it seems the LLU that I was told had been put in the exchange has not and it will be the 22cnd before they can gain access to fit it. My full LLU broadband will not start until March sometime. I think that my months trial should start from the LLU date and not the date that they start my Broadband as I wont know how stable the connection is until then. My line at the moment gives me 7 meg though BT say it should be 7.5 as do TT.

Reasonable. Insist. Make them confirm it in writing or go elsewhere, they have mucked you around enough.
