I signed up to Talk Talk on saturday, and all appeared to go smoothly.
I logged on and tracked my order earlier, and there is a message saying "Unfortunately, there has been a minor hitch in the process, please give us a call on 0870 444 1820 to get it resolved."
so I rang (using an 0800 number I found) and spoke to someone who looked into it and couldn't find anything.
He also told me my go live date would be 19 Feb. The order tracker page says 23 Feb, and the email I got on sign up says 27 Feb!! Which should I believe, and is there any way of finding out what the 'minor hitch' is?
