E-mails not being received by sleves or recipients

Please can someone help us.

Since moving to TT we have found the e-mails we send are often not received and also friends e-mailing us either as a "reply" to sender or from fresh are rejected.

We often do not know that e-mails have not been received and have taken to calling to check they have been which is a complete waste of time.

Any ideas? We are not technically minded and do not understand pc jargon!

This is a known problem caused by misidentifying good email as spam by TT's spam filters. They are waiting on a software fix. Best solution is to use a web based email service like Yahoo or Googlemail. These can send email to your talktalk email address as well. The other advantage is that you keep your email address if you move ISPs.

Hi AlanElizabeth,

As ETTE said an account like gmail or hotmail may be the better option, we are still investigating these emails issues but we hope to have them resolved ASAP.
