New lines update?

Is there any further news on when TT will be able to activate new lines? Im moving to a new place in a week which has a BT line, but its not connected. Id like to go with talktalk for bb and telephone but if my figures are correct im looking at 125 for the connection with BT then 70 to get out of the 12 month contract!

They do activate for home movers, so you could always get TT at your old address and then move it all to the new one.
