adsl2 now live - up to 24Mbps (i think)

My mate has just been upgraded to adsl2 at the totton exchange near southampton. he only found out by chance when he saw his upstream was over 900kbps.

edit - Forgot to mention, also on fast path instead of interleaved.

Only the upload speed has been changed, the downstream is still capped at 8Mb for now.

Hasn't it always been ADSL2+ (not ADSL2) anyway on TT, just capped?

yes, the LLU is adsl 2+ but capped at usual adslmax rates so they can change us around no probs
