We're switching back to BT on Weds 13th.
We've had a fault on the line with TT since tuesday. It started with noise on the line with patchy bb service and now no phone or bb service at all! You can ring my number, but when the phone is answered, it is just a dead line and it keeps ringing on the incoming phone.
After numerous calls to so-called support, they've now said it's because the line is switching.
They say it's because it can't be done in a day, so an engineer has been in to prepare the line to switch (basically, they are saying it's already been disconnected)
I think they are trying to pass a line fault onto BT when they take over the line.
Does it really take a week to switch? I don't think so!!!
What do you think?
