This used to be a place where you could get help with a problem, but is now getting like the phone support, non existant.

Soon as my contract with them is up i'm gone, back to the sharks at BT, but at least the line was stable.

What problems are you getting?

I think you will find that most people are looking at the official TT members forum these days....

So you were answered on the same day, and being a Senior member, you are well aware that the OCE work posts oldest to newest, but kept bumping yours by posting, it's a wonder they ever got to you
