Authentication issues - What we have been doing to identify

Post #3 in that thread is regarding my connection.

But from last night, back to the usual.

Drop after drop today.

Notice there is nothing posted for today.

Is there any more information yet or has the trail gone cold ?

So far.....

Appears to have gone a bit quiet, no idea what is happening in the network, nothing posted.

I assume they are monitoring the fix applied to me and other test cases.

Might even be rolling it out...whatever it is.

More news might...perhaps be posted up on Monday.

cheers for the reply , as of yet nun of the lines i look after have had this problem yet but it would still be good to know what the problem was so can advice other TalkTalk users that have the problem .
