Taking over Talk Talk Line

In a few weeks I am moving and the current owner is using talk talk for their telephone service, the local exchange has no LLU and there is no broadband on the line at the moment, how do I get the line back to BT before or when the current user leaves, or will I have to get BT to provide it as a new line,Thanks

If no LLU, then it is just a WLR service, and the move should be no more difficult than a normal handover. i.e. choose your telephone provider and take it from there.
