or in my case a talktalk customer who has never encountered such poor customer service ,from the constant lying, to the patronising comments ,to the inability to accept that there might just be a problem at there end ,rather than mine !! after all how many engineers are they going to send out ,then accuse of them of lying !! the company is a shambles,cancelling peoples cease orders ,then blaming the actual customer !! and by the way i can back all of this up !!thanks for your advice ,and thanks for not being a talktalk fanboy,theres far too many on here !!
Or to rephrase there are a number of satisfied customers here who will speak out when the TT hating trolls (who in the majority of cases have never been a TT customer) jump into threads to give their outdated views. (read cracked record)
