EchoLife HG521 Problems

I am having a lot of problems with this router. Wireless connections are extremely difficult to get and even the one computer that is connected with Ethernet is constantly dropping out and losing connection.

Post your problem on the Talktalk forums and one of the OCEs there will send you a new router in the post; the Echolifes are a pile of junk, almost every other router will perform better. Ask the OCE to send you the Dlink 2640 router if possible.

Hi, My home phone is not working and we have gone around the phone sockets to eliminate if there were any problems and none found, but the only thing I can see which has changed is that the LAN light on the router is off. Can anyone help would be much appreciated

If you unplug the router from the power and phone, and remove all the ADSL filters does the phone still not work?

LAN light will probably only be on if an ethernet cable is connected
