This is my exchange:- http://www.samknows.com/broadband/exchange/LCHOG
As you can see there is no LLU currently but i have just noticed TT are planning to have it LLUed by the end of October.
How accurate is this info on Samknows, is there any official TT checker to tell me this is correct and the LLU is in progress?

When it says Live on TT site, I had this for two years prior to going live. As it happened, around two weeks prior to it finally going live I contacted TT, they advised me not to go with them if LLU was important to me, the term used by TT rep at the time "Length of string". Sky also unbundled days afterwards!
To be fair I dont think this is down to not having a clue more to do with keeping an advantage over competitors.
I'm alright Jack....

So the date passed and nothing happened or did the date on Samknows keep changing?

It passed disappeared with a new date a few times, disappeared over the spring and summer of 2010 and went live at the end of August 2010. With Bts 21cn however that passed way back in March 2010 to date never to return for me, although on smaller exchanges near me have 21cn RFS dates now, some with LLU others none.
*edit* The only difference I saw prior to going Live was the TT & Sky foot sale patrols stalking me in the town, this is what made me phone TT at the time.
I'm alright Jack....

Well the 30th October did indeed pass and Samknows still states this as the RFS date. Also the TT BB checker is stating i cant get their LLU product.
I'll give it a few years then.

Have you tried asking one of the resellers to try placing an order? My exchange is due on the 25th of this month. Aquiss advised me to get them to try and place a manual order when this dates passes.

I've tried a few resellers websites but they are stating i'm not LLUed. I guess you mean i'll have to speak to them directly rather than used the automated web systems?
|
|
|
|
Yes - automated systems may not have caught up yet.

Martin @ Aquiss.net has looked into it and TalkTalk have told him its earmarked for going live in Q1 2012 now.
Not gonna hold my breath!

Hmmm interesting that my exchange is now showing 21CN WBC for end of 08/2012. TT LLU date has not changed from end of Oct 2011.
Done a check on the TT website and its saying speeds expected are between 6.5mb and 8.6mb.....looks like TT LLU is now available on my exchange then?
|
|
|
|
Martin @ Aquiss has confirmed my exchange IS now TT LLU enabled.
Samknows is still showing RFS set for 30/10/11.
Now which reseller to choose....hmmmm.

Only 2 months behind - there is hope for my exchange yet!

Certainly is.
Just try the TT line checker and see if it quotes above 8Meg?
