looks like im being routed differently.

I think im onto whats going on evening peaktimes,
its happened again 18:35 the lag just kicked in.
so I run a traceroute this time and it does appear im not using the Opal Telecom network (that wasnt the one I was using before)

My pings to the BBC in daytime are 23.

Ive had this on going problem also with Oron (ive got a premium account)
it wasnt even allowing to get the login page.

ive put a proxy address into IE.and its now working.

have talk talk just blocked me as I dont seem to see others saying they have the problem anymore.my grand total download or november was 38 GB..and 27 GB of that was the beta of Starwars Old republic thats launching on Dec 20th.

It's blocked by the IWF as MrSaffron suggested earlier.
