It's been saying:
We are sorry. This information is temporarily unavailable.
for 2 weeks now!
I use NetWorx to check the usage on my PC, but that's besides the point, it doesn't register what I download for my PS3 ect.
FIX IT TALKTALK!!!!!!
[Not really that angry, it's just nice to have something to moan about for a change because the service has been so good! :) ]

I would like to say at least the important stuff works but usage data is one of the important things when you have a usage cap .

Last time this happened TT said they would not charge customers for going over your allowance, as we seem to be all suffering from the same problem i assume the same will apply this month.

All the TalkTalk packages are unlimited now. Perhaps this applies to existing customers too?

Unlimited on the Essentials package only applies to new customers for 12 months.

Have you got a link for that? I couldn't find anything on the Essentials sales page stating that unlimited is for 12 months.

Thanks for the link. Strange that the sales page makes no mention of unlimited usage being limited to 12 months, I can see a few unhappy customers in 13 months time...

It's possible that the 12 month limit is only for existing customers as there is no mention of a time limit for new customers.

Yeah, could be. Retentions might be keen on keeping it this way, making existing customers sign 12 month contracts to keep the unlimited downloads.

Fixed at last I see since this morning and is 3 days behind registering usage as usual too. Less than 5 GB left of my 80 GB allowance, hmm the PS3 updates and 4 game demos must have used over 10 GB. I better go and watch TV instead or even...go outside for the rest of the month!

Nice timing, the cynic in me thinks . Although, over at the TTMF, apparently TT will not be sending out usage letters this month - we shall see. Personally, I agree there is something wrong the data on the meter for this month. I apparently broke my 40Gb limit on the 17th which is just not possible - it would have been around 10-20Gb. I have never gone over the limit, using around 20-30Gb per month. The meter is currently showing usage of 82Gb! That said, I did take the decision to break the limit this month, but that was on the 23rd and I was being extra careful before then, and there is no way it is 82Gb.
