Trying to Contact TalkTalk

Hi

I'm wondering if there is an email address I can get that isn't to the 'help centre'.
I'm a new customer. I've been with talktalk for less than a week and I want to make a complaint (already!) but I have not been sent an email about my account number or new phone number. As a result NO-ONE will talk to me from the help centre because of 'security' issues. I can't phone in as they request it straight away and I can't even join the talktalk members forum for the same reason.

Have you tried contacting them via their website here?

If still no luck, then send them a twitter:

You're pretty much guaranteed to get your issue resolved via twitter, even if you don't have a twitter account account it only takes a minute to set one up and can also help you deal with other companies eg First Direct bank, Vodafone retentions etc. And yes i agree there should be easier ways to deal with companies

Thanks for getting back.
No if I contact them through the website they refuse to talk to me due to not having those numbers. I've sent about 15 emails with no avail. Each one I just get a template reply about security and not having enough info on me.
And I've tried twitter and they are useless as well

Useless. I ask for an email and they come back talking about phone numbers...

What happens when you dial 08700 875562 from your talktalk line? (this is a free call)

you should get an automated message: <your tel number>@talktalk.net and your broadband password.
