Success at last! Having started my first email to TT Tech Support on 09 August and 8 email exchanges and a phone call later on 30 August I replied:
"Dear Techsupport,
Thanks & noted. I tried to register as you suggested. As I cannot access my last invoice I could not register. Please get someone to email it to me soonest.

I would recommend registering to our new portal page to manage your account. We currently have no indication of how long a resolution for the My Talk talk Business [gotadsl.co.uk] page will be. The new portal has all the functionality of the old and more. This will work as soon as you register for it. To register please go to the following link and follow the registration process

I was then emailed and told I could not be sent my last invoice by email! So I phoned 0800 083 3003 and took option 3 then option 2 and spoke to a VERY helpful lady. 'Oh it's quicker if I do it over the phone.' A few security questions and bingo! I now have all the useful info and settings I set up in the Nildram days.
So if your MyAccount page or billing page has gone missing phone 0800 083 3003 >3 >2. I hope you get the same helpful person as I got,
But why, oh. why could they not have put a more useful message on my old my accounts page rather than telling me the information was unavailable.
