Talk Talk fibre speed when downloading file

Hi, I've had talk talk fibre now for quite a while and the download speed is good however lately its slowed down quite a lot. When I do a speed test I consisntently get about 37MB/s but when I actually download a file, I can get around 4MB/s then it gradually slows down until about 0.5. About a week ago it was fine and remaining at about 4 until the download was finished. Has anyone else had this issue?
