So, was meant to have fibre installed on Friday. Had an 8am - 1pm slot.
Internet went off at around 11am, no engineer appeared. Had to leave at 2 for a meeting.Came back at 4 but nothing, no phone calls/texts and no internet.
Have phoned them, was told that an openreach person would phone me back within 24 hours, hasn't happened.
Have tweeted them and tried to sign up for the members forum, but it says my account number and phone number aren't correct, so I am waiting to hear back from the forum people.
Any other ideas?
