On fibre medium (though upgrading to large), p2p is basically blocked between 6PM and 12 midnight (1-5kB/sec).
On my LLU line it wasn't ever slowed down - I got full line speed 24/7.
Going to get a VPN set up but a bit of a bummer. It's obviously not demand sensitive throttling, as it dropped to near-zero at 6PM and picked up to nearly 5MB/sec straight after midnight.
Anyone else seen this?
